Taiwo has also worked with an international community-based organization on International programmes. He volunteers at the United Nations Volunteers, ROTA Volunteers and Junior Chamber International (JCI) where he contributes his quota to national growth and global development. Taiwo has volunteered as a creative designer on digital sexuality education awareness for several groups including UNFPA, UNESCO, UNICEF, YouthLEAD and LoveFrankie.
Taiwo has travelled to Dubai, Kenya, Ghana, Togo and Benin Republic experiencing new culture, lifestyle and knowing the people of these countries. He is the Co-Founder of Volunteers Edge for volunteering and initiated Skills4Youth towards achieving United Nations Global Goals for Africa and beyond. He’s also a member of Volunteer Teacher’s Club for volunteer teaching, skills2school session and helping renovate structurally defected schools. He’s an MTN Foundation Influencer on Anti-Substance Abuse Program (ASAP) contributing to the significant reduction in the rate of first-time users of addictive substances and drugs amongst Nigerian youths. Through these experiences, he developed strong project coordination and implementation skills. Taiwo enjoys focusing on the topics on entrepreneurship, self-development and has a strong passion for youth empowerment.
Taiwo is a Founding Member and also Director of Partnerships at UNITE 2030 Lagos Chapter. He is a ROI Africa Global Youth Ambassador Fellow, YALI West Africa Leadership Fellow, The Netherlands Education Group Youth Ambassador and Global Goodwill Ambassador for his leadership, expertise and entrepreneurial experience on achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through promoting entrepreneurship, quality education and innovation.
Taiwo was a Program Partner for 2019 Tech Academy organized by JCI Ikeja in collaboration with Argitech Academy which won “Best Personal Local Skills Development Program” Award during 2019 JCI Nigeria Presidential Award and Banquet Night held in Lagos, Nigeria. He was a 2019 recipient of the BIZZ Business Excellence Award from WORLD CONFEDERATION OF BUSINESSES – WORLDCOB for his leadership, management style, innovation, imagination, corporate social responsibility and achievement in the city of Houston, Texas, USA.
